I can assist with many different areas of planning matters. Neighbourhood planning is an important aspect of community development. Planning appeals are a crucial part of ensuring that the planning process is fair and transparent. My policy development skills aim to provide clear guidance on the appeals process and ensure that all parties involved are treated fairly. I am committed to working with communities to ensure that their voices are heard and that their concerns are taken into account in the planning process. I am also able to assist business and lay people with planning issues.

Neighbourhood Planning
I have several years experience of developing neighbourhood plans, I have worked with both neighbourhood firms and parish councils to create such plans form conception to completion. My input has taken various from writing policies on behalf of groups to simple one off advice. This all depends on what the individual group requirements are.

Planning Applications & Appeals
I am able to assist with planning applications at any stage of the process, however large or small. I have dealt with many different types of applications over the years from small householder application to large residential and employment sites.

Planning policy development & temporary solutions
I can develop planning policy in any area through research and experience of policy development, particularly policies in relation to neighbourhood and local plans. I can act as a temporary agent for the public sector who wish to progress their local plans.​

Self and Custom Build
An emerging area in the planning is that of self and custom build, the chance to build your own residence the way you want it. This requires a variety of expertise and I am able to advise on the planning aspects to ensure a seem less and streamlined application.
